Losing my weight side by side

I also am preparing for entrance exams but losing my weight side by side.
So far I've lost 3 kgs and I'm in the process of reducing like 12 kgs.

Here's what I'm doing.

  • Its obvious but very necessary to not eat food with a lot of calories. I eat only sprouts and milk in my breakfast, followed by some fruits after 2 hours and then my lunch (with NO RICE) then I have that wheat biscuit (although it doesn't tastes as nice but thinking that it isn't made of maida makes me feel good about it) then have your dinner before 7.. Just don't have it after 8pm.
  • If you really want to reduce weight a PROPER diet is really a must! Its okay if you skip exercise once but if you eat something with high calorific value, you'll have to put in extra efforts to shed off that weight.
  • Also exercise! I exercise during the day as while you sleep during the night, the carbohydrates are used up by your body and so while exercising you dont loose your energy but fat. So this way I have enough energy to study after exercising.
  • You can eat whatever you want on Sunday afternoon but not during the night. Never have heavy meals during the night. There's a high possibility that it'll directly be converted into fat!
  • Chew your food 32 times! If you think that I'm kidding you, watch a video on YouTube "Sandeep Maheshwari at TED" You'll believe me!
  • last thing I do is to drink a lot of water! And I'm not saying this beacause its good for your body (which ofcourse it is) but it helps me to not feel hungry most of the time. So whenever I feel hungry and crave any delicious food, I drink a lot of water!

Well, this is what I did and I was pretty successful too! Although I don't exercise daily but still I reduce weight African Fat Flusher Reviews. Once I'm done with my entrance exams, I'll start regular exercising or swimming.

 

And I don't do anything so frustrating too.. Being a lazy person I have looked for all the possible ways to reduce wieght and this is what suited me the most.
